Founding President of Evolve Strategies and the Evolve Foundation, the company's philanthropic arm (which supports efforts to increase citizen participation in government), Rob Stuart is a famous "early adopter" who's been leading the way in Internet media and network strategy for numerous political and advocacy organizations since 1995.
His focus is to deepen and widen the capacity of non-profits to use technology that motivates and engage those who are sympathetic to their causes. Rob is president of Philadelphia's Logan Square Neighborhood Association, Rob also helped found NPower PA, TechRocks (a supporting organization to the Rockefeller Family Fund), and Grantmakers for Effective Organizations. He is former Chair of Taxpayers for Common Sense, and serves on the boards of PennEnvironment, Free Schuylkill River Park and the Eastern Environmental Law Center.
Rob was a Paul Robeson Scholar at Livingston College and graduated with Honors in Political Science from Rutgers University.
Anthony Ingargiola brings more than 16 years of political and government and civic service to Evolve Strategies.
Anthony's government service includes: serving on the Mayoral staff of former Mayor Edward G. Rendell; serving as senior staff at the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority (PICA), and serving as Director of Legislative and Public Affairs for Philadelphia's 7th City Council District.
His political service includes several high profile campaigns, including: citywide mayoral races; state-wide lt. gubernatorial; campaigns in the Pennsylvania General Assembly, PA Common Pleas Court; as well as state-wide issues and advocacy campaigns.
He has served in a leadership role in several non-profit organizations and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Fels Institute of Government.
Keith is an expert in print, web, and video design and production. After studying graphic design at NYU, he landed a job as art director for one of the world's largest advertising agencies (TMP Worldwide). In 2004, Keith won a Pollie (American Association of Political Consultants) Award for "Now George," Best Persuasion Online Advertisement, Presidential.
Rebecca Cesarz started her advocacy career as an organizer with the PIRGs in 1988 and continued that work with the Victory '92 Clinton/Gore presidential campaign. Changing her focus to women's issues, she worked at the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence on the Battered Women's Justice Project, coordinating information flow between battered women's shelters, program advocates, and the legal community on civil legal matters relating to battered women. Following the birth of her son, she switched gears and became a computer hardware technician, eventually earning certification in web design. Her most recent job was as webmaster on the Alan Sandals for US Senate campaign.
He has been involved in new technology and social justice causes for a number of years. His recent experience includes web design and video production with groups such as the Philadelphia Independent Media Center and Media Tank, and direct service as a homeless outreach worker with Project HOME.
